Michael Casalini
Co-Founder and President, Bridge Capital Solutions
Michael Casalini is the co-founder and president of Bridge Capital Solutions. He began laying the groundwork for the firm in 2005 to address the growing need among small businesses on Long Island for a service that provided easier access to working capital.
Bringing a multi-dimensional perspective to the business, Casalini experienced the challenges of revenue cycle management first-hand as the owner of a mid-sized contracting firm. Having felt the cash flow crunch himself, Casalini pioneered a new type of financial services firm to address the problem. Bridge Capital Solutions, the first firm of its kind on Long Island, was born.
Prior to founding Bridge Capital Solutions, Casalini owned and operated Builders Choice Concrete Corporation, which quickly became one of the Island's fastest growing contracting businesses. Always an innovator, Casalini helped to develop state-of-the-art custom design software that streamlined Builders Choice's productivity, leading the company to double its sales revenue.
Casalini also serves as the company's Bank Secrecy Act Compliancy Officer. He is a member of Vistage International, a premier international CEO think tank, as well as various trade organizations such as National Association of Remodelers, Inc., the Long Island Builders Institute and Associated Builders and Contractors. Casalini served as a sergeant in the United States Air Force.
